How do I get my balloons?

We post balloons across the UK with Express delivery for £7.50, inflated with helium and sent in a box. Local collection is also available. We'll confirm collection details with you after you order.

Can I choose the date I need them?

Yes. Tell us the date you need your balloons when you order and we'll prepare them for that day.

Do the balloons come with helium?

Yes. Every balloon is supplied inflated with helium, and the price includes it.

How long will my balloon float?

Our foil balloons typically float for 7–10 days before they start to go flat.

Can I add a star balloon?

Yes! Add a Star Balloon to any order for just £5. We'll match the colour to the balloon(s) in your order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Get in touch as soon as you can, before your balloons are inflated, and we'll do our best to help. Once a balloon has been inflated it can't be returned. See our refund policy for details.
