Returns & Refund Policy
Inflated balloons cannot be returned. Once a balloon has been inflated with helium it can't be reused or resold, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on inflated balloons.
Faulty or damaged balloons: we'll refund you. Please contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours, at balloonique.party@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.
Float time: foil balloons typically float for 7-10 days. Going flat after this is normal and isn't a fault.
Cancelling: contact us as soon as possible. Orders that haven't been inflated yet can be cancelled and refunded in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
